Bully of the Mob In Development With A Green Light

Stoneking Media (Chicago) is proud to announce the development of their next film project, "Bully of the Mob." Having successfully produced the romantic comedy, "Divorced Dudes" (IMDB), Stoneking Media is shifting to the Crime, Drama, and Biography genres in developing the true story of one of the most devastating mob informants of the 20th Century, Jesse Stoneking.

Development of the story started in mid 2012, and hit a minor slow down along the way according to Writer/Producer Bill Stoneking. "The slow down of the development of the initial script cost us about 3 to 4 months, but honestly, we had to get the wraps on Divorced Dudes which required most of the focus at that time." Stoneking stated, "And with a World Premiere and Red Carpet event scheduled for the Sweetest Day weekend in October, we knew we'd be able to afford the time by putting BOM on the back burner for a couple of months."

With "Divorced Dudes" now moving into distribution, "Bully of the Mob" is back on the front burner in development and should be completed by the Winter of 2013. According to Bill Stoneking, the film has a green light to proceed with production in 2014, and is tentatively scheduled for a late summer release in 2015.

The Avengers - An Absolute Must See!!

Having watched "The Avengers" tonight, there is a really, truly sad loss of a character in the Avengers for someone I think we've all come to like in the Iron Man, Thor and Captain America films, but I'll not mention who and won't be the spoiler here. This film has the touches of reaching your heart on a personal human scale in this loss, and of course, jacks your enthusiasm with all of the action and adventure of a superhero film in a response to that loss. FOUR Thumbs UP!!

She-nannigan's Comedy Challenge

The night was Thursday, April 5th, 2012. The place was "The Velvet Lounge" in Chicago's south loop. The event? DJ International TV Launched the new TV Series "Street Mix" on Chicago, Channel 25, Tampa Channel 31 and with a full channel line up coming soon that includes channels in Las Vegas and Los Angeles and other major US Markets.

Street mix contains segments such as Snapshot, hosted by Angie Peña as she interviews current top DJs from around the globe as well as the legends of house music. Street Mix also features musical sets from Chicago's top DJs as well as other globally known talents. Along with "The Voice" of DJ International TV, Bill Stoneking, the series is Produced by Rocky Jones and Benji Espinoza, the original founders of DJ International Records.

The Madd Hatters in the Zombie Apocalypse

A quick general announcement. We have begun production on a new animated TV series, "The Madd Hatters in the Zombie Apocalypse." Keep your eyes out for more information as it becomes available. Alex Ruiz and Myself voiced the teaser/trailer last night and now it moves to the animation department. We'll be working on the pilot episode soon and working on a full season beyond that.
